THE CRISIS OF POLITICAL LEADERSHIP AND THE NATIONAL SECURITY OF PERU

Abstract

As a country we find ourselves inserted in a global world of radical innovation in management systems, techniques, processes, products and services, which generate or not distinctive advantages and growth margins. In any circumstance, to create, achieve success and maintain organizations with sustained value contributions, it is not enough to have the desire to achieve it, but it is also necessary to have references, action models and guidelines that are widely accepted and adaptable today and with a view to the future. What will happen in the future. The leaders and political strategists of our country now have more and better tools and theoretical references than in past times, however, we are in a structural crisis in which national security has been affected, reflecting various types of conflicts within the territory. that calls into question the democratic institutionality, the internal order and even the vulnerability of sovereignty. This article aims to systematize and objectively express the importance of exercising political leadership to stabilize the country socially and economically. The results present a broad understanding of what has happened in recent months in Peru, this being useful at the time of aligning political leadership, strategy and management of the most important institutions and organizations. Finally, it concludes in revealing with greater precision what is happening with the political leadership in the construction of national stability as well as the bases to explore its new orientations towards the future.
