No. 25 (2023): Informalidad y Seguridad Nacional

On the date of the 73rd anniversary of the Centro de Altos Estudios Nacionales - Escuela de Posgrado,  we present an edition linked to informality and its effects on the daily life of all Peruvians, particularly in development and national security. Informality is based on non-compliance with current legal regulations, that is, the violation of the democratic constitutional rule of law, which is an important object of our national security. Hence the need to adopt actions to achieve the commitment of all Peruvians to fulfill our obligations, and even more so for those of us who work in any state entity, understanding that the implementation of any national policy that is linked, mainly to the political and economic, it requires will expressed in actions rather than in vain words.
