No. 31 (2025): Planeamiento e implementación de la Seguridad Nacional

This issue is dedicated to highlighting that the Strategic Planning of the National Defense System (SIDENA) requires an understanding of the interaction between the National Security and Defense processes, regulated in 2013. The products of these processes—the decision-making instruments of National Security—must be incorporated into the plans regulated by CEPLAN.

Implementation cases within the SIDENA are presented, which could have been optimized if the systemic (multisectorial and multilevel) approach had been conceived and coordinated.
