Abstract

This text, based on the case: "implementation of health services to combat the Covid-19 pandemic in populations of native communities", analyzes the policies, cultures and hegemonies of State bodies and their negative impact on the national security due to the deepening of discrimination and the conflicts of demands that generate violence. In the end, it is proposed from the perspective of national security, some solution clues to face the hegemonic culture in Peru.
