No. 30 (2025): Tools for National Security

The constantly changing national situation, affected by various phenomena that hinder the established development plan and endanger Peru, demands that the components of the National Defense System promote the use of tools that favor its fight, mitigation, and elimination. Peru's future lies in this effort: to have a violence-free and safe environment in all its dimensions, in a way that favors the promotion of private investment, the engine of national economic growth.

This issue presents some of these tools, which must be improved and exploited, seeking the participation of all of society, in compliance with the civic duty established in the Peruvian Political Constitution.
