Abstract

National security “manifests itself as a continuous, permanent and preventive process to address objective security problems that, due to their magnitude, urgency and importance, affect the state” and includes various activities for the development of national potential expressed in the construction and development of national capabilities. Its analysis and study is permanent and dynamic. For this reason, in this edition we present three relevant aspects: the use of alternative energy, science and technology for defense, and – additionally – an article referring to the promotion of the fight against corruption through the strengthening of values ​​​​and education.
