Abstract

The article in question aims to contribute, in rule of law terms, to the awareness of the increasingly important need to generate strategic intelligence in the economic-financial field for matters related to national security and even extensible to aspects of national defense, all based on a growing scope of action of the risks and threats that have been constituting crimes and both in the local market and from abroad, as well as the visualization of assuming that one of the great blows to the enemy in times of war and/or to the adversaries in times of peace which constitutes the economic and financial actions for its neutralization.
